About Alice Beechner Reeves, President and CEO
Paragon Business Solutions, Inc. is owned and managed by President and CEO Alice Beechner Reeves, an accomplished and recognized authority in the field of quality and management systems. Alice holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly the University of Missouri-Rolla). Alice is also a registered professional engineer in the state of Missouri, a RAB/QSA certified Environmental Management System Lead Auditor, and a LEED Accredited Professional. During her corporate career, Alice held the positions of quality engineer, project manager-start up operations, quality manager, director of quality, and director of new product development. Alice completed her MS in Engineering Management and did all of her coursework for her PhD in Engineering Management while working full time. In 1997 she resigned her position and founded Paragon Business Solutions, Inc. with a business associate. Alice completed her PhD in 1998.
