Paragon performed a hazardous materials survey for Clark Nexsen which included an asbestos and lead-based paint inspection of a facility at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The inspection met the requirements for demolition of structures prescribed by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
The project included a demolition survey of a building regulated under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs).
Paragon performed the following services:
- Developed a sampling plan compliant with state and federal regulations
- Completed sampling of suspect asbestos-containing building materials
- Completed sampling of components potentially coated with lead-based paint
- Shipped samples to a certified laboratory for analysis
- Analyzed the laboratory results
- Compiled a technical report summarizing the survey results
